3/1/2009 7:52:36 PM GPUGRID Computation for task L15420-SH2_US_3-28-40-SH2_US_31850000_0 finished note: finished with computation error "Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered." happened twice, results are posted here and the earlier one here 182.06, Vista-64, GTX280, 6.6.11 I rarely get these errors so I thought I would post em. GPU temps are 60-61 and I run 24/7 with no gaming |

I have experienced similar error where I get a message indicating the video card or driver or something like that has stopped responding...I think with a Windows stop error EA. What I would up doing was using the EVGA GPU voltage tuner application to bump up the voltages a little and things seem to have stabilized. Unfortunately I do not remember what driver version or BOINC client I was running at the time but believe it was 3-4 weeks ago. I am a quad core, XP PRO 32 Bit with 2x GTX 260 Core 216's. Food for thought. Neil Crunching for the benefit of humanity and in memory of my dad and other family members. |
