Try re-installing the CUDA driver, I think you should use for testing purpose version 6.5.0, the recommended version 6.4.5 may not be helpful in every configuration. I switched to 6.5.0 at all CUDA-computers, no more errors or manual downloading of workunits was necessary.

(GPUgrid suspended, I will concentrate at folding@home, you can take the pole position in our team. )
