Have a look at the comp errors I got with this rig 16824.

Not at home so I had my wife reboot the computer and she tells me the screen started flashing on and off. Immediately know it's a driver issue. Had her remove the DVI cable to the tv, reboot and now I'm backup. Anyone else have this issue?

It is possible to use speedfan to help avoid runaway computation errors. It wont fix the error, but it will suspend gpugrid until you can reboot.

Also, you might want to install nvidia 181.22, I have not had any driver faults since I put that in.

change --project setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu/beta suspend

to --project http://www.gpugrid.net suspend

If you dont suspend the computation then within a few seconds you will run thru all your available WU's and end up exceeding your daily guota and haveing to wait 24 hours to get more data.

I've had two or three more computational errors probably because there is no monitor pluged into the second card, but I have noticed that my max number of WU per CPU is now 1/day. So now my two GTX280's do one WU and sit idle for the day on this computer 16824.

Any ideas? I'm not at home so I have to relay this through third party to apply any solutions.
