Hi,
I'm experiencing poor performance on rtx3080/win11 ATMML appliaction.
I'm getting near zero utilization on GPU. The gpu usage spikes every minute for couple of seconds to 60-90%, but other than that it seems to be mostly idle.

Any idea where to start troubleshooting?
System is otherways idle, running latest version of drivers, windows and boinc client

GPU performs well, if I run for example PrimeGrid
