So right now it states it is using 1CPU + 1 NVidia GPU but GPU-Z shows ZERO utilization and after almost 2 hours elapsed it has moved .099% the application is ATMML: Free Energy with neural networks with the name being TYK2-A06-A15-r0_3-QUICO_ATM_aceFF10_TYK2_1fs-6-10-RND4802_0

Good that you cancelled it. Something happened in handshake from the CPU to GPU. If you don't see progress after ~30 minutes beyond 0.099%, cancel them.
