The devs have said no in the past to no AMD or Intel gpus. The applications being used have Nvidia library dependencies that are not available to AMD or Intel and sometimes even not even Windows. Highly unlikely that any kind of card other than Nvidia is ever used on this project. |

Fair enough, was looking at Intel Battlemage, seems to be the best perf for the money at the moment, guess ill stick to Nvidia. |

Fair enough, was looking at Intel Battlemage, seems to be the best perf for the money at the moment, guess ill stick to Nvidia. The B580 is pretty good for the price but just not for this work. If you plan to use it for other distributing computing projects, it can be good but make sure that there are applications implemented by the project that can use the Arc B series. They are few and far between right now. |
