hello guys . Can anyone give an insight/ explanation on the exact contents of the current ACEMD simulations ? Obviously they are some kind of molecular dynamics simulation , but is there a way to know what cause of biomedical research are we contributing to ? Like cancer , parkinson's or Alzheimer's ? For instance , folding at home let you know some information about the current workunit you are running , in most cases.

Only the researchers can divulge that information and they choose to not do so.

When they eventually publish their research paper, they sometimes explain what the research is going to be used for.

Most of the research is on "Methods" and not targeted toward any specific ailment.
