I get the above captioned error code. I have rebooted my PC, reloaded 180.48 driver and upgraded to BOINC 6.4.5 earlier tonight without success. All thoughts and comments welcome. I tried a number of things including downgrading to BOINC client 6.4.2, and I also downgraded and installed NVIDIA driver version 178.28. After a number of reboots and who knows what else, it started working again about 36 hours ago. It seems that GPU computing is definitely in its infancy and needs to mature a bit before it will be ready for the general masses. I am glad to help in this growth process.
