I updated my project preferences (added a checkbox to ATMML project). After saving the change the page refreshed with these lines at the top:

Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /home/ps3grid/projects/PS3GRID/html/project/project_specific_prefs.inc on line 235

Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /home/ps3grid/projects/PS3GRID/html/inc/prefs_util.inc on line 218

(Edited to add second error)

Don't worry about it. The project often has issues with database errors on accounts. Has no impact on your crunching.
