in the past few days, I received several ACEMD 3 tasks for crunching on Windows10. They worked well with my RTX3070 cards (Ampere), but after few seconds they failed on my RTX4060ti (Ada Lovelace) - see here: http://www.gpugrid.net/result.php?resultid=33723585 So the question is: does ACEMD 3 generelly not work with Ada Lovelace? P.S.: GPU tasks from other projects like WCG, Einstein and Primegrid work well on my 4060ti |

No, the acemd3 app does not work with any RTX 4000 card. The application must be updated to recognize the Ada cards. This has been requested from the devs in the past month but there has not been any positive traction on that issue yet. There was an attempt to fix the Linux acemd3 app for its expired license errors in the middle of December but that failed. There are several issues with the project apps that we hope the devs will address in the new year after the holidays. |
