Hi everyone,
First let me explain that regarding Boinc I am a normal PC user, and I never modify anything (and I don't want to touch anything without instructions).
I have 3 different office PCs always running my projects, but this year mysteriously, I can't run GPU projects even though I have a 1650 (always accepted in the past), and a GTX1070.
I've had many problems at work and I've never really been interested in it, but now that I'm close to retirement I've decided to solve the problem permanently: I always get an error message "NVIDIA GPU required", but obviously the card is present and working, OS and drivers updated regularly, so I don't know who to fix the problem.

Can someone help me ?

if you installed BOINC as a service, you wont be able to utilize the GPU.

Also, if you use remote desktop will not work.

When you say service, do you mean the standard Bionic client instalation. If so what is required to make it work

Yes, just a standard Boinc installation.

But currently only Linux hosts will get work as there is no work for Windows hosts.

je vou conseille linux mint et une carte graphique 8gb minimum.
J'ai acheté une rtx a2000 6gb pour gpugrid et suis passé sous linux mint,mais sur cette carte tous les calculs partent en erreur.
Sur ma rtx 4060 8 gb cela fonctionne.

I recommend linux mint and a minimum 8gb graphics card.
I bought an rtx a2000 6gb for gpugrid and went under linux mint,but on this board all calculations go wrong.
On my rtx 4060 8 gb it works.
