Any Windows 64-bit BOINC packages with versions older than 7.16.20 won't be able.
You'll need to update to version 7.16.20 (or higher, if available)
Latest versions can be found at Download BOINC client software page.

We need more information from you, too. Especially, which operating system are you using, and which version of BOINC are you running?

Your description sounds like a known problem affecting Windows machines only. If you are running Windows, upgrade to version 7.16.20 (released 17 October 2021). Download it from https://boinc.berkeley.edu/download.php
