When this occurs, select option to join a team, enter a random string in the search for team name. When it cant find the team name, the option to create a team will become available. When this occurs, select option to join a team, enter a random string in the search for team name. When it cant find the team name, the option to create a team will become available. This is the only BOINC project I frequent that has the problem. I've found two places where the Create Team link appears. One is if you click the Community/Teams pulldown link, non-existent on GG. E.g. https://boinc.ibercivis.es/ibercivis/team.php the other is as you described after a failed search and that's non-existent on this site. I'll be back when I can create a new team.
