Task is Stuck Uploading

It's stuck around 30%. I've returned a few jobs since, so it's not my network or internet. This condition has survived multiple reboots. Does anyone have any ideas how to get this uploaded? I've bookmarked that in case I have a problem again. I'm not sure it would have helped this time, the task did show in the Transfers tab. The client seemed to think it was actually uploading as it would show a good transfer speed for several minutes, but eventually it would back off. Progress never increased. I think it was hung on the server for some reason. Site access has been really slow for me the last couple days, maybe that caused it. Team USA forum \| Team USA page Join us and #crunchforcures. We have a problem at Seti with uploads just stalling out in the Transfers tab. The upload does not make any progress but the elapsed timer keeps counting. Once you see it go over the nominal 5 minute count that the standard connection is kept alive, you might as well use the Activity tab in the Manager and suspend the network connection. Wait 10 seconds and then re-enable the network connection. That usually wakes the upload backup and it progresses normally to finish. The Seti problem is that the servers are overloaded and might have been the case here as I too have noticed how slow the web pages load. ID: 53456 · Rating: 0 · rate: / Reply Quote

I had tried that too, as well as suspending the project, pausing the task, restarting the machine and restarting the client. My guess is it was hung on the server somehow.
