Hi: Can a knowledgeable tech person assist me the matter of my missing points? I had to reset my account password after not being to logon to my account to download any work units that run on my computer's GPU. My initial request for assistance went unanswered. So I took matters into my own hands and I resetted my account's password myself. Not everything in my previous account was transferred. There should another GPU account bearing my name and the 27 million points I have earned. Can a knowledgeable tech person be of assistance? Clive |

Not everything in my previous account was transferred. There should another GPU account bearing my name and the 27 million points I have earned. Excuse me, I have no enough knowledge to help you. The only I can apport: I've investigated a bit, and I've found that there are two users named "Clive" This one with User ID 545846 and currently 13,350 credits http://www.gpugrid.net/show_user.php?userid=545846 And this other with User ID 122394 and 27,277,371 credits (The one you are missing) http://www.gpugrid.net/show_user.php?userid=122394 I've used an option to merge two computers that really are the same into one, but I don't know about an option to merge two users into one... Perhaps somebody can help you by knowing above data (?) |
