Licenses for what - Windows, some compiler, etc.? GPU workunits from other BOINC projects are running normally on my computer, so it doesn't look to me like it;s any license specific to my computer. Many tasks have hit their maximum error limit already. I'd advise you to shut down work distribution while you look into it - there are still 70 thousand unsent tasks on the server, and we're in danger of wasting them.
