I am getting a message that gpugrid has completed its daily quota of one task - I don't see a setting for that.

You have a problem with your computer with the 1070 in it. Every work unit you have been sent on that machine has errored out. The other machine is processing normally. Check that machine for any issues, then check the drivers on that machine for the GPU.
