Hello, I am very aware of the Windows method for more than one WU per GPU but I have never seen the Linux version of this. Does anyone have any idea?

For everyone else, I recommend this only for Short Work Units as GPU utilization is much lower than Long WUs.

The app_config.xml file is exactly the same in Linux and Windows for any BOINC project. (Unless the app name is different but they are the same here). A 970 easily completes 2x Long tasks in time. It's my slowest NV card.

If you have already enabled SWAN_SYNC on your linux host my initial thought would be there is no advantage to running multiple tasks.
However, if you setup multiple tasks, it would be interesting to see the results.
The app_config.xml file is located in the /var/lib/boinc-client/projects/www.gpugrid.net folder.
If you ever want to find a file in Ubuntu, in a terminal session try the command: locate filename (filename is the file you are looking for)
eg... locate app_config.xml
