Not getting any CPU units.

I have "use CPU" checked yes (top and bottom of preferences) and "Quantum Chemistry" checked "yes". Server status shows ~10,000 Quantum Chemistry units available, yet I keep getting these messages: 7/17/2018 9:18:35 PM \| GPUGRID \| No tasks are available for Quantum Chemistry Am I missing something??
