When my BOINC client sends a "pause" signal to GPUGRID's QC app, the app doesn't pause but continues running in the background.
This should be fixed.

The GPU app has always continued after the BOINC client has told it to pause for up to a minute. It should pause after this time. Is it, a minute after pause, continuing?

It should NEVER happen that a scientific app ignores a signal from it's parent app (the BOINC client in this case) or interprets it in it's own fashion. It's not only unpolite but also very risky to get ungracefully killed. Instead the app should follow the signal ASAP.
