As my little son suffers from a very rare missense mutation in the X-Chromosome at the "Host Cell Factor" HCF-1 alias HCFC1, location Ala718Val, I would love to see some research on this particular proteine and how its basic section interacts with SIN3A for example.

The function of HCF1 is still little known, so this may be a good target for research anyway.

Of course it is a matter close to my heart... and so I would like to hear whether or not the researchers would consider helping me in this case and under what circumstances. I would be anytime willing to increase my RAC significantly or support by a donation or any other prefered way.
