Anyone notice something weird with this task?

Why is my gpu so cold running this? Does anyone have this situation? Also, it's taking a long time to run. I have no problems with it taking a while to run and just am assuming that this is a rather long task. Overall, I'm concerned about if there's something wrong with my computer.
