It looks like the GERARD_ENDOPEP_AMB_frag29_UP2_ & GERARD_ENDOPEP_AMB_frag97_UP2_ WUs are defective. So far, I had 3 fail, and I am not the only with this problem:

I have similar experiences. According to the server status page, these batches have 100% error rate.

ERROR: file mdioload.cpp line 229: Error reading parmtop file

This error is probably originates from the creation of the batch.
