I have been processing GPUGrid WU's from 3 computers, all the WU's have been verified, and over 1 million credits issued, but none of the credits are visible in my stats.

This has now been over 4 days, with new GPUGrid processing done everyday.

I have looked on 2 different stat sites including boincstats.

Can someone look into this? The last credit I got from GPUGrid was Sept 22nd.

You can see all the credits that have been issued on my account "Chris Cambridge".

So, if you have them in your account here, they are not lost/missing, be sure and calm.

It is just a problem of exporting stats to dedicated sites.

I record my stats weekly from BOINC STATS and I notice this problem, too. I see the nearly 5M points gained this past week on GPUGRID, but BOINC STATS only shows 2M of that gain. I checked BOINC COMBINED STATS and the same gap shows up there.

So it's clearly an external reporting issue with data leaving GPUGRID since that was the only project I did significant work on this past week. Do these glitches eventually catch up on their own?

Yes as soon as the db purge comes back online credits will be exported to stats sites. No big deal, don't worry.

That would be DbDump rather than db purge, but I expect it would be started (assuming sufficient disk space) the same way - by a clean restart of the entire BOINC server suite.

Not really! Once exported it will return to normal as if there was no interuption.

For those worried about missing credits for a given project, this is the solution I have found to work out what is going on..

Take a look at the project charts at Boincstats.com

(Active projects from left hand menu)

E.G GPUGrid

(Credit overview tab)

As you can see no credits have been added to the total for 8/9 days.

You can see this even more clearly here, on a per day basis

Personally I think it is more than normal when credits do not show in your stats to be a little worried, especically when the project is showing credits as issued.
