I've exported the certificate chain from Firefox, and I've tried to import it but it's still not working. Windows certificate manager says about the Let's Encrypt Authority X1 that "The certificate has an invalid name. The name is not included in the permitted list, or is explicitly excluded." That probably means the root CA certificate for "Let's encrypt" is either not present in the system CA certificate store, or (worse) it has been banned in some way. If it is the first, you would need to obtain the "Let's encrypt" root CA certificate and install it on your system(s). If it the second, I'm afraid I don't know if there's something you can do.
