So, because something broke on my computer (not sure what, other than it was software related) I had to do a full system image restore, losing two days of downloaded work units. Anyway, I got all my lost work units back except for the two I have for GPUGRID. Is there any way to get these back?

I think they was not present in your backups, and in this case there's no way to get these back.
Besides, your host has a new ID now, so the server thinks it's a different host.
