IMHO you are wrong :) With current types of Long WU in circulation (GERARD_FXCXCL12_LIG, NOELIA_c36x467x, SDOERR_ntl9evSSXX) a 750Ti can get you 220-255K PPD. Not half-bad! I await the arrival of more short WUs to feed my two GTX 650 Ti GPUs. Until then these are processing POEM WUs at night. Once the short WUs are available, I will process them at night when electricity prices are a little lower. I will continue processing 6 - 8 long WUs each weekend with my GTX 660 Ti GPUs. In total I have four PCs built over the last 10 years. Three of these are now running Linux Mint with the 8 core scheduled to be converted by the end of November. Please keep the short as well as the long WUs rolling as I want to contribute as much as possible to GPUGrid research. ID: 42189 · Rating: 0 · rate: / Reply Quote
