I wondered this, too. And would appreciate an answer from an admin. Also, they should update the website, and show the number as percentage, to make it completely unambiguous. |

Percentages are over 1 (decimals). It is quite common in science to express it this way. I'll change it to % anyway if this makes it easier to you. |
