is the error rate expressed as a raw number or as a %

I.E. is a value of 0.25
25% or .25%

I wondered this, too.
And would appreciate an answer from an admin.

Also, they should update the website, and show the number as percentage, to make it completely unambiguous.

Percentages are over 1 (decimals). It is quite common in science to express it this way. I'll change it to % anyway if this makes it easier to you.

Yes, it would make it easier, and I'd welcome the change. It'll make it completely obvious, instead of ambiguous.
