I keep getting the following error for the last 2 days, am I the only one?

To be clear, my other BOINC projects (World Community Grid) are running fine.
Appreciate any advice you could give.

I don't have that error on GPUGrid, but a few weeks ago I had a similar problem on another site. It turned out that the DNS server used by my ISP couldn't reach it anymore for some reason. So in my router setup, I switched over to the Google DNS servers, and no problems since.
* 8.8.8.8
* 8.8.4.4

I just reinstalled BOINC, and in the process upgraded it to the latest version. Seems to work again now. Thanks for your comments.

As of 2 weeks ago, I have had no work units sent. If I try to reset the project all I get is communication deferred. Doe anyone else have this problem.

Update your drivers to the latest (353.30 for Windows XP, and for Windows 8), and your BOINC manager to the latest version (7.4.42)
