I found a deal on a GTX 780Ti "Nvidia Reference". I'm wondering what that means. Is it over-clockable? |

"NVidia Reference" is the (NVTTM) Metal shroud blower 6+2 power phase model. (you can find pics of the layout.) Reference blower PCB layout similar for Kelper or Maxwell. Memory pieces and VRM (i2C) vary. Reference can also mean clock speeds. All GK110 models should be able to overclock unless a VBIOS has been locked down. An innovative EVGA Hybrid closed looped water kit fits all (interchangeable) reference metal shroud blower models: GK104/GK110/GM204. Watch for fakes now as GK110 is at end of life. Newegg has a refurbished 780 dual fan EVGA classified (14+3) for 289usd with i2c support and refurbished EVGA 780ti reference single fan blower (6+2) at 359usd (no i2c support). |

Thanks for that eXaPower! I assume it's a rear-exhausting card. |
