nVidia just released new WHQL compatible drivers with CUDA support:

http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_178.13_whql.html

To bad I can't test them out as I currently only have Remote Desktop available to my system with nVidia card.

Does this improve performance?

I'm taking it for a test-ride, but results will not be in before tomorrow.

Yeah... crunching with these 178.13 drivers since friday.

Everything looks fine on my GTX 260 AMP²... normally it takes about 8h to finish a WU.

Is that a realistic / normally duration of time? (I'm new to GPU crunching... since friday ;-)

Regards,
Eike

The 1st result is valid (75% with the new drivers), but I can not say anything useful about the crunching time, because the output cut after "time":

@Mehlano: that sounds about normal.

Next WU is in, this time purely 178.13. This time it was not suspended and reports the time correctly. It's 61.0 ms/step, which is on par with my usual 61 - 62.5 ms.
