I'm watching a 24.75MB file upload at dial up speeds here, and it's rather perplexing. I've run several diagnostics on my own network just to be sure, and it most certainly isn't on my end. Speedtest.net is showing that I have upload capability of 46.23Mb/s currently. If it's on the server-end, is it that way intentionally? Thanks for any input one can provide.
