I've got a NOELIA_5bisequ, and each time it tries to start, it crashes my NVIDIA device driver, which can also "take out" other tasks. Below, you'll see where the driver crashed, attempted restart, crashed again, until I could suspend it. Then I repeated the cycle to confirm.
