OOOOO found !!
VERY IMPORTANT, on Windows Vista is required that you disable 'protected mode' from the advanced tab during installation of BOINC!!!

Hello,
Can you help now with solving this same problem on Gentoo Linux?
It works when I run it under console mode, but gets zero seconds of
work, and when run as a daemon it gives that same message.
