It seems that in the summer when i tried to download game demos, trailers, videos, etc. from the PSN store it never works like it use to. Ex. Usually it will download while im playing a game say 15% download then when i go check on it again later it say 30%.
But now it doesnt want to download when im playing a game or watching a movie, it will say 3% pending. It only downloads when im on the xmb doing nothing at all.
Anyone else having this problem or nows how to fix it.

you must sign off ur PSN account to activate background downloading while watching movies or playing games
