Any one knows the formula for converting cobblestones to floating points?

Some projects offer certificates of computation with both the cobblestones and floating points, however, I've never figured out the method behind it!

This is not an accurate figure, but for every 1,000 cobblestones there is something like 0.875 quadrillion (1^15) floating points?
