It appears that when running a NOELIA WU, everytime I suspend BOINC, it crashes the NVIDIA driver. This doesn't happen with SANTI and NATHAN WUs.

I'm running the latest NVIDIA driver (320.49).

Yes, this happens to pretty much all of us running Win Vista/7/8. It's been there since quite some time :/

You mean while running NOELIA, right?
I remember there was a time NATHAN was the only thing I ran and never had a problem when suspending BOINC.

Seems I may be the exception here. I've never had an issue when suspending NOELIA WUs on my Win 7 machine. Running two GTX 680s and have been keeping up with driver releases. I've always seen a lot of people complaining about NOELIA WUs on the forums, but I never seem to have the issues. I'm curious what the difference could be that causes the different performance.

It might help to try BOINC 7.2.4.

From what I heard 7.2.4 is still too buggy for real use. And actually I didn't have the crash any more either, when I rebooted yesterday while running a newer Noelia.

It did have its problems. But 7.2.5 is out now, and is much better.
(But a reboot is needed after uninstalling 7.2.4, or 7.2.5 may download too many work units; it happened to a couple of us.)

I had problems with 7.2.4 (on every host) but 7.2.5 is running here on 6 machines and looks pretty good...
