To start off, I used the Intel driver that MSI provides for the motherboard, and not the one found on Intel's website. For whatever reason, the Intel driver didn't work for me.

I also use Bios version 2.10

I ran into a blank screen, also. I moved the VGA cable from the discrete GPU to the motherboard, where the Intel GPU started using it and the monitor came back to life.

Once I did this, I couldn't use Nvidia Control Panel and Intel's Graphics Panel appeared, therefore I assume that the integrated GPU is now the primary graphics and the Nvidia GPU's are secondary.

According to Intel, the integrated graphics support OpenCL 1.2. See this FAQ page:

I am only aware of Collatz Conjecture supported Intel GPU's, and it appears that Seti@Home is working on something.

When I click on NVidia Control Panel I just get an error message saying that "NVIDIA Display settings are not available. You are not currently using a display attached to an NVIDIA GPU".

Boinc sees all three devices, as does MSI Afterburner and Device Manager, so fine by me.

OpenCL 1.1 might just be a reporting issue in Boinc that gets fixed later. If it's just a reporting issue then it wouldn't matter to an OpenCL1.2 app.

MSI Afterburner is now telling me that my 2 GPU's are using about the same amount of GDDR. This wasn't the case before - the display device was using ~100MB more.
Hopefully I'll get a little more crunching out of that card - which is really the whole point.

I get the same message from the Control Panel. The only problem that would arise would be that you wouldn't be able to change your Control Panel settings.

So far, crunching has gone well for me, without any problems.

Also I recently overclocked the Intel HD 4000 to 1600mhz at 1.350 volts. If you ever overclock, tell me what kind of stable clocks you reach, I'm worried because 1.350 volts is the max the bios allows you to set for GPU voltage, but no other voltage is stable at 1600mhz.

Apparently my HD4000 needs lot's of voltage to OC. I'm still collecting the numbers, but in any case we should continue the discussion over there.
