What are the app names for the gpugrid files/wu? Or where can I get such information? I was able to figure out the long name, but not the short one. Thank you in advance.

Look for the line in your message/event log where a new task starts: 03/05/2013 07:55:45 | GPUGRID | Starting task I69R2-NATHAN_dhfr36_5-19-32-RND9947_0 using acemdlong version 618 (cuda42) in slot 3 You want whatever word appears between 'using' and 'version', for the tasks you're running. Note that app_config requires application names, not workunit names. |
