FYI, in addition to info in stderr for failed beta task 6148000:

The task crashed the NVIDIA driver (306.97) twice, the second time fatally (for the task). The H/W & driver recovered both times, and BOINC handled the crash. The GTX580 was running at default clock rates (GPU=797MHZ, Mem=2025MHZ) which I always use for GPUGRID. It appears the application was intolerant of other activity by the GPU, such as opening/closing a window for another application. Not great on a multitasking system :(

Computer ID 57387 has successfully run v6.16 WUs with this same driver, as well as thousands of Primegrid, Poem & Milkyway tasks (at moderate overclock).
