Please advise.

My User Name is "The King's Own", which was my nickname when I was an Officer Cadet at the Royal Air Force College 40 years ago, or it was.

I was updating something and the system chopped off the last portion with a message "HTML tags are not allowed in your name." Now apparently I am just "The King", which is a little prententious.

How can I fix this, the SETI@home site does not enforce the HTML resriction, can I use BOINC manager?

Thank you, but, it was my user name when I joined using BAM,and had been for the short time I have been participating in both SETI and GPU Grid. Now the system has changed it, but only in GPU Grid.

I merely wish it to return to the [i]status quo ante[/i, without deleting the project, rejoining though BAM and possbly losing accumulated points. The system clearly accepted it before.

Resolved. Rejoined through my laptop, initial page accepted my preferred name and maintained project status.
