Add a link for the server status page.

At least for a while during initial testing.

I use short cuts on a customized browser page and I know where look, but not every one does.

Other projects have this link (or had this), I think the recent changes by the developers took this link out, but I find it a very useful page.

It would be helpful so if a user gets the no new work from project message, they could at least check the status page to see if there is in fact work or the scheduler and server are running and know weather there is work or there is an actual problem to be reported.

I see this was added. Thanks.

But I have a question.
Your page always shows: the upload/download server and scheduler as Disabled,

but even as I type this, my PS3 has been uploading and still is uploading a result.

Is this page correct or is you setup not a standard BOINC setup ?
