Yesterday I joined to project and i have only errors:

On Nvidia site to my suprise shows new driver for cuda after 177.35 - 177.84 i try this :) we will se. But i have message on BOINC:

Massage from server: No work sent
Massage from server: (reached daily quota of 4 results)

... so this is limit how many wu users can compute?

This is the current limit set by the project, 1 task per CPU. Unfortunately boinc is still written for CPU's only. Qith a qaud core you get a limit of 1 - that is per day. This is to keep units with errors from grabbing all the work quickly leaving none for those that have no erros and need work. You will jsut have to wait until the beginning of the next day, that is by server time, to try again. Once you host starts to correctly return resutls, your limit is raised by the server. It's a boinc thing.

Previous version of Boinc manager was able to be install as a service. Beta version does not. Will be this option avaible in final version?

For me the only driver that has been able to run ps3grid for more than 55 seconds has been the 169.21 drivers.

Yes it will be available again in a future release. The 6.3 series so far is mainly to test GPU features, other function or install options may have not been completely updated yet.

Where do you get that 6.3.8 is beta ?

It is a development version in limited alpha testing, the regular alpha testers are not even testing it, only those running PS3GRID.

It also clearly states in messages upon startup this:

8/20/2008 9:05:05 AM||This a development version of BOINC and may not function properly

Also clearly stated on the boinc download page is a similar message in BOLD RED (Page down at moment, can't get exact wording).

No beta ! Only development version ... i use not right word.

But it don't change the fact that it is not working...as it suposed to be....

Well, it is really funny, on Nvidia www they are wery proud about Ps3Grid on nvidia GPU... but IT IS STILL NOT WORKING on 177.83 and Boinc 6.3.9 and 6.30 ap ver..... it sucks!

Don't get mad at them. The app is still in development and improves / fixes are supplied every couple of days. Give them some time.
