I've been running GPUGrid for a little while now on two cards
1 GTX 460 and 1 GTX 560 ti

both have always run at 99% usage.
I've just received two new IBUCH tasks that are only running at
75%.
I have not touched the machine or settings at all.
Is this something that this unit does? or is there something
else going on?
It's nice for the temps, but adds 4 hours or so to the runtime

Different tasks utilize the gpu differently. I've seen swings from 50% to 90%+ on my GTX570. If nothing else has changed, it's likely just the different type of WU. Confirm after you get another type of WU that it changes back.

Exactly, different tasks utilize the GPU differently, because of the different routines. In this case some operations have to repeatedly take place on the CPU. These new tasks were anounced in the news thread, New TRYP WUs

I now have a nathan unit that's going at 96%
just about to finish up the second IBUCH unit.

Interestingly, though these units only used 75% of the GPU
they run just as hot as units that run 100%.

anyway, all is well.
Noticed I just passed 2 million points :)

After 50% done on an IBUCH task utilization was maximum 55% on my GTX-570. That's a lot of 'idle time' I have left over. It's a wasted of resources on such a fast card.

That's why I need a working app_info.xml. Is there no one who can help me with that? The one I wrote didn't work. It wouldn't request for new tasks.
