That sounds too long, a similar task takes 16h on my GTX260 (Linux). Your GTX460 should be able to finish long tasks inside 24h, on W7.

Can you check the actual GPU speed when running these tasks? (GPU-Z, or MSI Afterburner, Asus GPU tweak...). It might be downclocking.
Have you configured the GPU to prefer maximum performance in the NVidia Control Panel?
If it is downclocking try to increase your fan speeds and reduce your RAM frequency slightly.

I have checked it, and the GPU Useage is at 45 to 50%

in the 64-Bit Bonic Client, i will rather change

back to WIndows XP to continue crushing.
