i just got a new motherboard and i accidentally got got pcie x16 instead of 2.0, would that make a big difference? I notice the card not getting as hot and running heavier loads through gpuz, it does have more room to cool tho vr older setup. It summing like 98% load from what the gpuz says which is why i question if i have a problem. Im no currently running swan sync as ive never had to in the past to keep up with normal run times. im running asus 570 on asus m4a78lt-mle |

Your motherboard has one PCIE 2.0 x16 slot. So nothing to worry about there. It's most likely that the GPU went into low power mode for some reason. A restart usually helps in such cases. Keep an eye on the temps, fan speed and GPU frequencies using software such as MSI Afterburner. |

Just so you have some numbers to compare yours with, my GTX 570 (Asus card) runs as follows: Graphics clock: 742 Memory clock: 1900 Processor clock: 1484 Temperature: 62 Celsius Fan speed: 85% |
