When creating a new post, the buttons that are hard to read, dark blue on black background, don't work when clicked.

if i highlight text and click B, URL, etc, nothing happens ?

They work on other projects on this same computer so i'm sure it's not me.

It's been like that since I can remember (might never have worked). The shortcuts don't work either, (Alt+B), for example. Neither does the 'Close Tags'. Perhaps this will be fixed following the planned changes to the server, though there have been a few site fixes and additions recently.

Have not noticed the same problem on any other sites, but did notice on one site that when you type [x]text[/x] the formatting is not recognized, i.e. you have to select text and click the BBCode tags. My guess is that some server template component was broken (easy done). Vaguely recall something about selecting what BBCode you allow on your site (might not have been setup correctly, too restrictive, or a distant upgrade broke it). Again might be fixed after the pending move to the next server software (required to facilitate AMD cards, and some future Boinc features). If it's overly involved to fix, better leaving it until after the upgrade/move to new server software.
