As I said in the Recommended GPUs for GPUGrid crunching FAQ, The Tesla and Quadro cards are very expensive compared to the GeForce cards, so these are only really applicable to business users.
There is no real advantage for crunchers. They are overly expensive, and have slightly lower clocks... Get a GeForce GTX Fermi.
