I am successfully running GPUGRID on my first PC that has 4x GF110 nVidia GPUs. When I try to add projects to two other machines (each having 2x GF110 nVidia GPUs), I get the following message after project initialization "[error] No start tag in scheduler reply". Resetting and detatching/reattatching the project does not fix it... I am running BOINC 6.12.33 (x64). |

It might be a firewall/AV problem, so check that first. You could try an earlier Boinc version or even try forcing Boinc to use HTTP 1.0: Edit your cc_config.xml file and add the <http_1_0>1</http_1_0> option: <cc_config> <options> <http_1_0>1</http_1_0> </options> </cc_config> |

Where is that file located? It isn't 'located' - it's something you can create for yourself if you need it. Make sure it's a plain-text file, although with the ".xml" extension: it belongs in the BOINC data directory - that location is given in the first few lines of the event/message log, each time BOINC starts up. For details, refer to client configuration. |

Tried running GPUGRID-suggested version (6.10.36) and editing the cc_config.xml accordingly. It does not fix it. I am running 5 other projects on these PCs with no problems... |

Did you close and open Boinc after editing/creating the cc_config.xml file? This is required. |

I guess I'll just dedicate all GPU time to GPUGRID on the machine at home. Even though the problem can be the firewall at work, it is strange that I can get tasks for all other projects except GPUGRID on my work machines... |

Some good news for my work PCs... Found out that our DMZ will allow GPUGRID to get updates! I have now added 4 more 24/7 GPUs to the cause with maybe 2 or 4 more to add soon! Oh, happy days! ;o) |
